Inside Messina HQ lives our very own "bar" which hosts our 6 course Messina Creative degustation weekly, where guests indulge in Sydney's first gelato-centric fine dining degustation.

Having our very own bar got us thinking about our perfect Sunday and how you could enjoy all the good things (wine ✔️, gelato ✔️, interesting snacks ✔️, music ✔️) and so Snackbar at Messina Creative was born. For anyone who has always wanted to try our Messina Creative degustation without having to commit to the full degustation, or just for those who enjoy natural wine, bespoke gelato, elite snacks and lofi vibes through our Pitt and Giblin sound system (one of the only ones in sydney for the audiophiles 🥸) then this is for you.

We went gorilla for this marketing and have stuck some tear off campaigns round the local area. If you're lucky enough to get one, you can redeem the scoop at Messina Creative from opening on 22 Sept to our last Sunday of the year (15 Dec 2024).
