Inside Messina HQ lives our very own "bar" which hosts our 6 course Messina Creative degustation weekly, where guests indulge in Sydney's first gelato-centric fine dining degustation.
Having our very own bar got us thinking about our perfect Sunday and how you could enjoy all the good things (wine ✔️, gelato ✔️, interesting snacks ✔️, music ✔️) and so Snackbar at Messina Creative was born. For anyone who has always wanted to try our Messina Creative degustation without having to commit to the full degustation, or just for those who enjoy natural wine, bespoke gelato, elite snacks and lofi vibes through our Pitt and Giblin sound system (one of the only ones in sydney for the audiophiles 🥸) then this is for you.

- Walk ins only on a first come serve basis
- One scoop per customer
- Only from Messina Snack Bar menu, not the Gelato Messina Marrickville store
- Tear off must be given to our staff to redeem
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
