Inside Messina HQ lives our very own "bar" which hosts our 6 course Messina Creative degustation weekly, where guests indulge in Sydney's first gelato-centric fine dining degustation.

Having our very own bar got us thinking aboutย our perfect Sunday and how you could enjoy all the good things (wine โœ”๏ธ, gelato โœ”๏ธ, interesting snacksย โœ”๏ธ, musicย โœ”๏ธ)ย and so Snackbar at Messina Creative was born. For anyone whoย has always wanted to try our Messina Creative degustation without having to commit to the full degustation, or just for those who enjoy natural wine, bespoke gelato, elite snacks and lofi vibes through our Pitt and Giblin sound systemย (one of the only ones in sydney for the audiophiles ๐Ÿฅธ) then this is for you.
