Night Feast 2026
We're heading back to Night Feast, and this year we're bringing three desserts that make skipping dinner feel like a perfectly reasonable life choice. We're not saying you have to go straight to dessert, we're just saying nobody has ever regretted it.
From Wednesday to Sunday every week from 29th July til 23rd August, you'll find us serving up three limited-edition creations opposite The Dome at Brisbane Powerhouse.
BISCH, PLEASE!
If your personality can be described as never turns down extra Biscoff, this one's for you.
We start with Biscoff® mousse, top it with baked cheesecake gelato, add chunks of Biscoff® fudge, finish it with Biscoff® crumbs and Italian meringue, then dip the whole thing in caramelised white chocolate. If there's such a thing as too much Biscoff®... we've chosen not to believe it.
CHURRO FLAN-TASTIC
Some desserts are hard to commit to. Churros? Flan? Chocolate cake? Honestly why choose? This one's got layers of chocolate mud cake, topped with fior di latte gelato and silky caramel flan, then finished with hot churros and a generous drizzle of warm chocolate sauce.
FRY ME A RIVER
Hot on the outside but cold on the inside. We take burnt vanilla gelato, deep-fry it until the coating is perfectly crisp, sit it on toasted crème brûlée, then finish it with dark chocolate custard and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt.
We'll be serving these desserts every Wednesday to Friday throughout Night Feast, and they're only available at the festival (not in stores, sorry). So if you're planning your Night Feast itinerary, we'd suggest making room for dessert first.
