Burning Love: Carriageworks Winter Night Market 2018

Get ready to say adios to those winter chills, the Winter Night Market is returning to Carriageworks next Friday night! With open fire and flame cooking taking centre stage, this year’s winter theme is ‘BURNING LOVE’.

Curated by co-chefs Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz of Porteño Group; they’ve personally hand-selected fifty-five of Sydney’s leading restaurants, bars and producers to showcase their own energy and creativity at the sold out event.

You can catch us alongside legends like Saga, Archie Rose Distilling Co., Spice Temple, PS40, Alpha, Belles Hot Chicken and Flour Eggs Water to name a few.

We’ll be heating things up with a specially created cup of deliciousness, made just for the event. We know what you’re thinking, ‘how can a gelato company cook with fire?’. Well, we’re glad you asked.

Introducing, the ‘FINE-APPLE’.

FINE-APPLE – Jersey milk gelato (made with milk from our own cows) topped with fire roasted, caramel glazed pineapple and warm Messina dulce de leche.
