We now make our own chocolate in-house. The machinery used to produce our chocolate is also used to make our nut pastes, which means any flavours containing chocolate will contain varying amounts of nuts. This includes almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, macadamias, peanuts, and pecans.

The level of cross-contamination can vary depending on production order. For example, if chocolate is made directly after hazelnut paste, that batch may contain higher amounts of hazelnut than usual.

Therefore we cannot give an exact amount of how much of any particular nut is in our chocolate so if you are allergic it is recommended to not risk consuming any Messina chocolate.
