We are giving away four packages, each package includes 200 scoops, a selection of 4 classic flavour, one staff member for three consecutive hours of service and bump in and out of the set up.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

To enter, post in feed, use #MESSINAGIMMEACART and tag us (sorry no stories) on Instagram or TikTok telling us why you deserve a free cart or stand by 11.59pm, 2 June 2026. In your post, you must include your location and preferred date of the event you'd like the cart at.

This giveaway is only redeemable in locations where we offer events services (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra).

The four winners will be contacted directly on 12 June 2026.

The package must be redeemed by 1st July 2027.

Dates are subject to Gelato Messina’s availability. Gelato Messina reserves the right to refuse bookings on dates where they have no capacity to accommodate the booking.

This offer cannot be sold, donated or redeemed for the monetary value of the offering.

Any additions to the giveaway package, such as additional scoops or service staff/time, must be paid for by the client as per Gelato Messina’s payment terms.

This offer is redeemable for locations within 30km of Gelato Messina’s flagship locations in each state.

By entering this giveaway, you agree that Gelato Messina may use, repost, edit, repurpose and share your competition submission, including any video, photo, caption, audio or other creative content, across Gelato Messina’s owned, earned and paid marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website, email, digital advertising and paid ads. This applies to all entries, not just the winning submissions.

If selected as a winner, you also agree to allow Gelato Messina to photograph and/or film the event for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes. If Gelato Messina is unable to capture content at the event due to the winner, venue or event restrictions, Gelato Messina reserves the right to withdraw or forfeit the prize.

Package and Bookings Conditions

Our gelato carts cannot go up/down any stairs or through narrow hallways. Venue must allow a minimum of 1.1m width for all access points. If your location cannot accommodate this, Gelato Messina reserves the right to allocate a gelato stand to your location.

Flavour selection

• You can select your preferred flavours from our classic flavours at: gelatomessina.com/flavours
• Confirmed flavours must be received 21 days prior to your event. If flavours are not received within this period, Gelato Messina reserves the right to select an assortment of our recommended, popular flavours.
• At times, some classic flavours can become unavailable due to seasonality. We will advise you of this closer to your event date and will request a replacement flavour.

The equipment must only be moved by a Gelato Messina staff member. Any damage or breakage (excluding wear and tear) caused by the client/venue will be charged back to the client after the event.

Events outside the metro area or on public holidays may incur in a surcharge.

Flat access is required for refrigerated equipment. The gelato cart and freezer equipment cannot go up or down any stairs or steps. If there are any stairs, please provide photos for Gelato Messina’s assessment and recommendations.

Gelato Messina will produce and supply the gelato ordered as per the agreed upon amount. In the case that there is any gelato left over, please advise prior to the event date if you’d like it to be packaged up to be left on site at the end of the service time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations of a booking made through the giveaway offer received less than 3 weeks prior to the event will no longer be entitled to the offer.

Gelato Messina reserves the right to cancel the booking if:

• The event may be prejudice to the reputation of Gelato Messina
• Any payments for items added to the package has not been paid for by the due date specified on the invoice
• The location of the event does not meet basic requirements: access, power (where necessary), repair from adverse weather conditions (for outdoor events)

• Valid for new enquiries only (made after 19th May 2026)
• The discount is only applicable on gelato hire options, any branded add ons are charged at full price.
• The booking must take place before 1/10/26.
• Only available in areas which currently offer hire bookings.
• Discount not available for Saturday & Sunday bookings.
• All other standard hire conditions apply. These are available at the point of enquiry.

Small and Large Stand: Our stands are puzzle stands. They break down into sections to be assembled on site. We require flat access to the set up location (no stairs / steps).

Gelato Cart: Whilst most of our carts don't require power, please let us know if your site will not have easy access to power. Our carts are wheeled on-site, as it cannot be lifted, we require flat access to the setup location.
