Sunrise Summer: A Limited-Edition Flavour to Celebrate the First Day of Summer

We’re kicking off summer in the sweetest way possible. We have teamed up with Sunrise to celebrate the official first day of summer, and we’ve been busy behind the scenes crafting something delicious Sunrise’s very own Katie Brown spent the day at Messinaville, our Marrickville HQ where all the gelato magic happens, working alongside our chefs to create a brand-new Sunrise gelato flavour.

This exclusive flavour will be available for one day only at all Gelato Messina stores on Monday 1st December 2025, in very limited supply. If you want to taste summer in a scoop, this is your moment.

To celebrate the launch, we’re giving away 200 free scoops at every Gelato Messina store in Australia on 1 December 2025 from store opening until stocks run out.

First come, first serve, one single scoop per customer, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
