Weâre kicking off summer in the sweetest way possible. We have teamed up with Sunrise to celebrate the official first day of summer, and weâve been busy behind the scenes crafting something delicious Sunriseâs very own Katie Brown spent the day at Messinaville, our Marrickville HQ where all the gelato magic happens, working alongside our chefs to create a brand-new Sunrise gelato flavour.
This exclusive flavour will be available for one day only at all Gelato Messina stores on Monday 1st December 2025, in very limited supply. If you want to taste summer in a scoop, this is your moment.
