New Way to Order Messina Cakes

NEW WAY TO ORDER CAKES

SAME DAY AND NEXT DAY ORDERING IS NOW AVAILABLE ON MESSINA CAKES

If you've been a Messina customer for a while, you may have ordered one of our highly delicious gelato cakes online. We're replacing our much loved, albeit slightly antiquated, old ordering system with a new one from Bopple. It will give you a new, easier way to order.

WHAT'S NEW:

• SAME DAY & NEXT DAY ORDERING - no more phoning the store and getting them to put items aside for you. You can now place an order online for collection same day or next day during store opening times. And of course, you can still reserve cakes for future dates and special occasions.
• ALL MESSINA STORES WILL NOW ACCEPT CAKE ORDERS - even Surry Hills, The Star (temporarily closed) and Coolangatta.
• MESSINA LOYALTY POINTS - We're working on a solution to offer app points for online cake orders, but unfortunately we haven't quite mastered it. More to come...

FAQs

I already had an account login for your old cake system. It doesn’t work anymore?‍

You need to create a new account on the system. Click here and SIGN UP in the top right corner.

 Can I still pop into store and buy a cake from what’s available?

Yep! But if you’re after something in particular, you may as well reserve online for same day pick up... just sayin...

 Can I order on the phone?

We can no longer process cake orders via the phone, but ordering online is quick and simple. Even your dog could do it.

 How do I get back to my account once I’ve closed the order?

You'll receive an email confirmation with a link back to the system. Alternatively you can click here to log in and see your purchase history
