We love our Jersey cows every day of the year, but today, we’re making it official 🐮

In case you didn’t know, we own and run Messina Farm in Numurkah, Victoria, where our jersey herd produce the rich, creamy milk that goes into every single scoop of Messina gelato. Jerseys are known for their high butterfat milk, which gives our gelato its signature texture and full-bodied flavour, and means we’re never short on appreciation for our girls.

 
To celebrate International Cow Appreciation Day (yes, it's a real day), we’re rolling out a special cabinet flavour: Cow Juice, a pure Jersey milk gelato designed to let the quality of the milk shine. No extra flavours, no distractions, just the clean, creamy taste of fresh Jersey milk straight from our farm.

And because we know you love cows as much as we do... we’ve also created Gloria the Jersey Cow plushie, a limited-edition soft toy to celebrate the day.
