June Tickets for Messina Creative
Messina Creative has been quietly humming away at Messina HQ in Marrickville, delighting guests with our unique six-course degustation. We've just hit publish on June's dates, and we wanted to showcase a few dishes on the menu.
New on the menu:
blackberry & beetroot gelato, dry aged duck, beetroot puree, native pepper & shiso jus
or for vegetarians (pictured):
blackberry & beetroot gelato, salt baked beetroot, sesame crumble, native pepper & shiso jus
all dishes are served with non alcoholic drink pairing
Plus, we've taken inspiration from our dairy farm in VIC for dessert - messina jersey milk five ways, served with oak smoked caramelised milk
These dishes aren't the only thing you'll be enjoying on June's menu. Our resident mixologist has got an impressive range of cocktails on the go, and guests are welcome to arrive early before their sitting for a drink, or enjoy throughout the meal. Doors open at 6.30pm for 6.45pm sittings.
On the Cocktail Menu:
1 - clarified raspberry yoghurt gin sour, topped with a raspberry white chocolate disk $22
2 - salted dulce de leche & brown butter fat washed white russian $24
3 - peanut butter & strawberry jam old fashioned $22
