We've been dreaming up our favourite breakfast concoctions to bring you the next bake at home cookie pie, and it truly is the dessert of champions. Featuring the OG choc chip cookie base, creamy vanilla custard and golden brown crunchy honey joys, best served warm with your favourite gelato scoops on top. The best part is you can pretend you made it yourself and wow all your friends — just heat and serve.

Defrost before baking. Refrigerate for up to 3 days until ready to bake.
1. Pre-heat oven to 160C fan-forced or 180C conventional
2. Bake for 20 - 25 mins, remove from oven when the top is golden brown and let it rest for 10 mins (or until custard is set)
3. Cut a slice, add a scoop of gelato on top

We recommend baking right away, but if you've got enough willpower to not eat straight away, please keep frozen from store pick up. The pie will keep in the freezer for a month. Once cooked, store in the fridge and eat within 3 days.
