PS40 handcrafted ten cocktails; incorporating our signature gelato flavours, whilst our chefs moved into the back of house, curating five sweet and five savoury dishes from our Creative Department degustation – each revolving around gelato and the unexpected.
Described as experimental, immersive and indulgent; it was a sell out dining journey none of our customers had seen before! Customers were able to pre book seats, or call in for cocktail at the bar. One customer came back four nights in a row...
At Gelato Messina our job is to make people happy. Yes we make amazing gelato with the very best, real ingredients. And yes our gelato cakes are weird and wonderful, but it’s all in the name of putting a smile on someone’s face.
