We're very excited to be opening our second Brisbane store in the iconic James Street precinct and even more excited about the good company we're amongst.
Located on Ada Lane in between James Street and The Calile Hotel, the late night dining destination will debut our new gelato cabinets.
Other than our Canberra site, this is the second store to install our new glass pozzetti cabinets, which is the traditional way to store gelato. It helps to keep the gelato protected and away from the elements of air, wind and moisture... but is cleverly fitted with glass tops, so customers will still be able to see their favourite flavours and know exactly what they are tasting.
We've also upped our design game to fit into the stunning architectural surrounds of the James Street precinct. The beautiful new rigid cabinets are surrounded by polished tiles, a peg board to announce our specials and a projector for video footage. You'll be able to dine in, on our bench seats, surrounded by indoor plants and rumour has it that a bar will be opening above us, sharing a glass wall for optimal viewing.
All 40 flavours will be churned fresh on site and are made with Messina Jersey Milk from our farm in Numurkah Victoria. You'll also be able to purchase all of our nine new gelato cakes for your special occasions or just because you want to try them!
Next door to us you'll find a yummy patisserie and bakery called Jocelyn's Provisions. And if you're looking for somewhere delicious to go for dinner before paying us a visit, we highly recommend Hellenika, upstairs at The Calile Hotel.
