Taco King Toby Wilson and the "RICOS" TACOS truck has been running from our Rosebery carpark for almost a year... but sadly he's moving on. Join us for the last hurrah this Friday and Saturday, celebrating with hot churros and salted dulce de leche gelato.
Chef Toby Wilson has made quite the name for himself in Sydney's taco scene as a well-researched and well-eaten ambassador for Mexican street food. As well as making our carpark a lot more fun for the past year, he's fed thousands of people authentic Mexican food every weekend including his classics: chorizo "al pastor", beef birria, fried cauliflower and countless special edition tacos.
The time has come for him to roll on outa here and move on to bigger things, but we're not letting him leave without a going-away party. He'll be making his classic menu along with the very popular pork carnitas special. Our pastry chefs are onboard Friday + Saturday making hot fried churros, coated in cinnamon sugar, served with salted dulce de leche gelato.
