Highlighting produce from the Messina farms, making their own butter, yoghurt, ricotta and dulce de leche from Messina Jersey Milk. Second release tickets are available from 20 – 29th May.
Head chef Remi Talbot has been championing Messina produce throughout his 8-course degustation menu for many years. But we thought it was about time to curate a sitting centred around the produce that comes from our farms and production kitchen in Rosebery. Every dish is derived from either Messina Jersey Milk or uses strawberries from our farm in Dural.
We've been using Messina Jersey Milk in all of our gelato for four years, but the Creative Department restaurant has taken it a step further by making their own butter, ricotta and yoghurt to use in the menu. They'll also be using our famous dulce de leche and Messina chocolate which is made from scratch at Rosebery HQ.
Expect dishes like: ricotta gelato, aged wagyu beef score 9+, smoked 'nduja, BBQ eggplant, lime & green chilli kosho (pictured above).
Book in for this 8-course degustation with paired non alcoholic drinks for $150, or add the alcoholic pairing for an additional $50.
