Since opening its doors next to our Darlinghurst, Sydney store in 2016, the Creative Department has refined and redefined the ultimate sensory fine dining experience. Every week, one new dish is added to the rotating 8 course degustation menu.

Grilled scampi, black pepper and butter sauce, bergamot and EVOO sorbet, accompanied by a non alcoholic "mojito".
